The hose is made with a NR (natural rubber) inner layer that is highly tensile, durable, and tear resistant. It is also less tacky than traditional rubber hoses. The hose is reinforced with a strong criss-cross woven polyester yarn that makes it resistant to abrasion, ozone, heat, UV, and wear and tear. The exterior layer of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is oil, mist, and aging resistant, and it has a soft touch finish that makes the hose easy to handle. The New Blubird Heavy-Duty Rubber Air Hose is available in 3/8 inch, and in lengths of 3 feet to 50 feet. It has a working pressure of 300 PSI and a 4:1 safety factor.
